Restaurant: from the table to the kitchen to payment
The waiter takes the order on a phone or tablet, the kitchen sees it on a screen, and at payment the ingredients are deducted from stock according to the recipe.

Floor and orders
- A floor map with tables and walls on desktop, a table grid on the phone.
- Modifiers (for example spicy, extra cheese) with price adjustments.
- Courses: starter, main, dessert.
- Several waiters at once — orders sync between everyone.
Kitchen
- Kitchen display in three columns: sent, preparing, ready.
- Stations — kitchen, bar, grill and so on; each dish goes to its own station.
- Sound alert for new orders.
Payment and stock
- Split the bill equally or by hand; tips and a service percentage.
- Cash, card or mixed payment.
- Recipe-based deduction: the ingredients of a sold dish are removed from stock automatically.
- If an ingredient is short, the sale is not blocked — it is recorded and flagged for the manager.
Frequently asked questions
Can waiters take orders on their phones?
Yes. The restaurant POS works on phones and tablets too, with a table grid.
How much is the restaurant plan?
80 GEL per month: 2 waiters, 2 other users and up to 5 tables. More tables or users are priced individually. The first 2 months after registration are free.
How are products deducted from stock?
Each dish has a recipe. When it is sold, its ingredients are deducted FIFO, so cost and profit are exact.
