Multi-branch management: several shops, one system
All branches live in one organization. You describe a product once, while each branch has its own stock, prices, cashiers and settings — and you see reports together or separately.
Products and stock
- A product can be defined for the whole organization or for a single branch.
- Stock, price, cashiers and settings are separate for each branch.
- The same barcode can exist in different branches, but not twice within one branch.
- The purchase plan shows which other branch holds a product that is running out.
Between branches
- Transfers between branches of the same organization — send and receive, with an RS.GE waybill.
- A promotion can run in all branches or only in selected ones.
- RS.GE credentials per organization or per branch.
People and reports
- Permissions are per branch: one person can be a manager in one shop and a cashier in another.
- An employee who works in several branches chooses one when logging in.
- Sales and profit for one branch or all branches together — behind a separate permission.
Frequently asked questions
How many branches can I add?
One organization can have several branches. The standard plans include 1 branch; more branches are priced individually — tell us how many you need.
Do branches share one product list?
They can. Define a product at organization level and it appears in every branch; stock and price still stay separate for each branch.
How do I move goods from one branch to another?
With a transfer: send it from one branch and receive it in the other, with an RS.GE waybill if needed. Stock changes in both automatically.
